Automated pallet changing systems
The automated pallet changing systems transfer the load from one pallet to another without leaning or rotating it. The switch is done by moving with 3 mobile arms which envelop the load and stabilizes it during the transfer.
Documentation
This equipment can be used as it is, or integrated to a conveyor system or the dedusting cabin. The transfer inverter can handle loads of up to 1000 kg, up to 1700 m height.
The 2 rubber arms with horizontal movement have the role of fixing the load, and the metal arm which moves both horizontally and vertically, has the role of pushing the products.
The automated pallet changing system can increase the company’s productivity, handling up to 40 pallets/hour.
