Certifications

The container has passed several international rigorous tests for packaging and shipping containers.

Some of them, which stated its high quality, are:

• Static load pressure: the empty container is placed in the center of the testing equipment and pressurized with a plate at 13 mm/ min (from the top down), up to the load force of 3.6 tones.
• Vibration at random intensity: it is performed on complete load stacked in 2 layers, to which random vibrations are applied for 3 hours, at 1-200Hz.
• Rotational bottom edge drop: the full loaded container is lifted on one side at 200 mm while the other side is at 150 mm, then dropped down. It is done for all 4 sides. The load remains completely stable.
• Horizontal impact: the container is fully loaded, the impact is at 25 mm below the loading door with a speed of 1.36 m/s (two times for each).
• Forklift handling: performed with 2 loaded containers stacked / 7 folded containers stacked. The forklift performs trips on surfaces which simulates the land transport conditions. The test ends with no damaged containers or load.
