Nicht-standard Boxen

Neben den Euro-Standardkartons produzieren wir auch Behälter mit atypischen Abmessungen. Wir bieten ein großes Sortiment an voreingestellten Maßen an, können aber auch jede beliebige Sondergröße herstellen.

Im Allgemeinen werden diese verwendet, wenn entweder die Produkte nicht in Standardkartons passen oder wenn die Standardgrößen nicht für eine bestimmte Art des Transports geeignet sind. Dies ist beispielsweise bei Paletten für den Seetransport oder für Bahntransporte der Fall.

Bitte wählen Sie das Minimum und das Maximum für jede Größe der ausgewählten Verpackung, damit sie zu Ihrer Anwendung passt.

Die wichtigsten Vorteile, wenn Sie sich für einen Karton in Sondergröße entscheiden:

Der Innenraum der Box wird effizient genutzt, mit weniger ungenutztem Platz.
Bessere Raumnutzung bedeutet niedrigere Kosten.
Eine besser sitzende Verpackung bedeutet einen besseren Schutz für die Waren.
Das Staumaterial wird reduziert oder sogar eliminiert, was zu einer zusätzlichen Kostenreduzierung und weniger Abfall führt.
Bei großen Mengen oder wiederholten Transportzyklen ist die maßgefertigte Kunststoffvariante deutlich günstiger als maßgefertigte Einwegverpackungen.

Die Boxen in atypischen Größen verfügen über dasselbe Zubehör: Deckel, Innenteiler, Etiketten Halter, usw.

Die übergroßen Boxen können mit dem gesamten Zubehör verwendet werden, das für die anderen Abmessungen erhältlich ist: Deckel, Innenteiler, Etiketten Halter usw.
