ESD plastic pallets with closed deck
ESD closed-deck pallets are used for transport inside EPA (Electronic Protected Area) rooms. They allow direct transport from EPA areas in one factory to another EPA area from a different factory, avoiding additional repalletizing.
Electronic-sensitive products are safely stored in large warehouses and transported worldwide. Due to their nature, they can only be transported in ESD packaging. This particular type of packaging can be made in any specifications: Euro containers/ boxes/ bins/ crates, totes, VDA KLT. Additionally, injected plastic or thermoformed ESD lids can be also used.
Sturdy and of high endurance, these are well fit for heavy loads during storage or transport.
Their design and precise dimensions make them ideal for conveyor use.
The smooth upper deck is easy to clean and maintains a hygienic surface and work conditions.
ESD pallets with a closed deck can be produced with or without a safety edge (rim), with optional metal reinforcements for heavy loads (especially for racking), or with 3/ 5 skids (crossbeams).
Due to their stability, they can be safely stored in tall stacks when not in use. Stackability provides well-organized, streamlined spaces ready for other activities.
