ESD plastic trolleys
ESD trolleys and dollies transport boxes and containers between different work points during production or assembly lines and warehouse areas.
They are purposed to protect static-sensitive products during manipulation and transport, while facilitating smooth operating flow for operators. The trolleys can be used alone or lined in a convoy, towed by electric tow tug tractors.
ESD transport dollies are compatible with all Euro standard crate types – stackable or nestable, picking, foldable, or VDA standard.
They come equipped with smooth-running and high-quality wheels, made from conductive materials. These wheels can be fixed, swiveled, or combined; optionally, they can have parking brakes and thread guards.
When not in use, they can be safely stacked and stored to save space and keep a neat and organized work environment.
