Four fingers inline pallet changers
The four fingers in-line pallet changers are an integrated solution suited for euro-pallets, which can be used only together with a pallet magazine or dispenser, and a conveyor (either roller or belt conveyor).
The main advantage of this equipment is that the load is not turned upside down during the transfer from one pallet to another, the machine being recommended for loads with regular geometrical shapes.
The pallet reaches the conveyor, the 4 forks enter the slots of the EPAL type pallet, sustaining like this the goods at the base, and the 2 presses lift it, making possible the replacement of the wooden pallet with the plastic one. The inverter can lift up loads of maximum 1200 kg and handle up to 70 pallets/hour.
The four fingers inverter functions with three-phase electric power or with compressed air, and the automatization of the logistic flow is done through a PLC device. The safety fence is included in the system for an increased level of protection.
