Open deck ESD plastic pallets
ESD open-deck plastic pallets are produced with scratch-resistant materials with conductive or dissipative properties.
The open deck ESD pallets are used with ESD packaging like Euro containers/ boxes/ bins/ crates/ totes/ VDA KLT, and special injected plastic or thermoformed ESD lids.
They are easy to clean and thus maintain hygienic work conditions.
Due to their sturdiness and impact & shock resistance, ESD medium plastic pallets with an open deck can be used for production, storage (even racking), and long-distance transport.
They can be produced with or without a safety rim (edge), with 3 or 5 crossbeams (skids).
