These containers fold neatly, allowing for significant space savings when not in use.

Designed to withstand heavy loads and intensive usage, these containers ensure ease of handling and stack securely, enabling tall stacks.

Standard sizes of 1200×800 and 1200×1000 mm are available, with flexible bottom configurations, including 4 feet, 2 skids, 2 skids and 2 extra feet, or 3 skids. The number of access doors can also be tailored to your needs.

Foldable Large Containers – injection moulding

The Big foldable containers from injected plastic are robust and specially developed for industrial use and heavy traffic.

All four walls fold on the bottom of the container. Folding and unfolding take less than a minute.

Folding reduces their volume by appx 70%. This makes them ideal for places where different item types cannot be mixed in one box, so boxes are folded or unfolded as needed, e.g., recycling facilities or collectors.

Closed wall containers are usually heavy-duty appropriate, and perforated walls are suited for the food industry.

Basic models stand on feet, but boxes can be customized with additional skids/ crossbeams and additional metal reinforcements of the base for increased load capacity.

It may be produced with lateral access doors for easy loading and unloading and quick access to products.

Large containers with foldable walls are produced with standard pallet base sizes: 800×600 mm, 1200×800 mm and 1200×1000 mm. Custom sizes can be produced on demand.
